***Initial reaction along with an update***. My interactions with the sales staff were incredibly and they really cared about getting myself and my girlfriend the right car at the right price. Sadly, my experience with the financial manager Darren Schwartz was less than stellar. Mr. Schwartz attempted to add on every option that would cause the price to increase. He also lied directly to my face and told me that he was required by the state of CT to VIN etch the vehicle. He did not give us the option to decline the $200 charge and when I told him that one of his sales staff told me not to opt for the VIN etching he became visibly upset. He said that was false and that his sales staff would be dealt with accordingly. Again the sales staff specifically Mr. Hogarth were all exceptional. However, I will not be purchasing another vehicle from this dealership because of the financial manager Darren Schwartz. ****UPDATE**** I spoke with the general manager Steve Boswell and was refunded the VIN etch fee. Mr. Boswell confirmed that Mr. Schwartz was out of line and apologized for the inconvenience. This was above and beyond customer service and changed my mind about using this dealership. I would purchase another vehicle, however, I will request that Mr. Schwartz is not a part of the sale. That is also my advise to anyone reading this... use any of the other managers. More

Back for the third time in six years. Each time Sullivan's Northwest Hills has provided us with a vehicle that has met our expectations and at a price that fits our budget. This time around they we Sullivan's Northwest Hills has provided us with a vehicle that has met our expectations and at a price that fits our budget. This time around they went above and beyond our previous experiences. Mike was enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the product and worked with Steve to craft a deal which fit our budget. Mike and Steve both understood we did not feel comfortable spending time inside given the current COVID-19 situation so they did their best to expedite the buying and delivery process, as well as provide us space inside on the cold day out of the public areas. From start to finish we were driving home our new Jeep in 3 hours. It's all part of why we are return customers and will be again in the future. Thank you Mike and Steve! More
