It's how you handle problems, and they do it well! We went in for service on our 3500. Recall for the water pump. After the repair was done, while driving home our light came on for the water temp. My wife called the service center from the road and was told to bring it right back. She did and a leaky hose was found. They had the hose replaced and us back on the road in no time. Wanted oil change and new windshield wipers I went to the service department for an oil change and to have new wipers for the windshield. Not Steve someone else came to find me in waiting I went to the service department for an oil change and to have new wipers for the windshield. Not Steve someone else came to find me in waiting area. My tires need to be rotated. I agreed to the $19.95 charge. When my car was finished they told me the wipers were fine and didn't need to be changed. It took 2 hours and I just wanted to get home as I had a sinus infection. So I will go elsewhere for the wipers. BTW, Steve didn't check me in. He was in the shop. More

He took the time to explain the changes in the Jeep Wranglers since I had purchased my last Wrangler in 2014. I was amazed in the improvements in the Jeep. Roy is a down to earth salesmen that knew his product. Made me feel confident in my choice. Went in for a recall, drove out a "Happy Camper" in my new 2018 Jeep Wrangler.
