Good on repair bad on communications. Got text saying text with any questions. Never answered my questions. Had to leave overnight given ride home. Next day checked via text. No answer. Got text saying text with any questions. Never answered my questions. Had to leave overnight given ride home. Next day checked via text. No answer. Called said 3/4 hour would have lady call about pick up. Got call from Ed that I wasn’t answering phone. She was calling wrong area code. Talked to lady and she said knows address and will be there 45 min. 1 1/2 hours later still no ride. Sent text no answer. Call Ed and he said I called and canceled ride. I did not cancel. Starting to think I am dealing with crazy people. I am about 4 miles south on 19 right before Alt 19. Ed can’t find me in gps. Wants zip code. I don’t know it. Says I can’t get ride without zip. I get zip and he still can’t find me. I offer directions and he said not leaving until find in gps. He needs a new gps. Now 4 pm and I am thinking I need to call a cab or not have vehicle until Monday. Thanks to Steve in service who came and got me and told me some great places to eat. Thank You Steve. Things were going poorly until you stepped in. More

Steve had provided me with great support and customer service yet again. I was about to take my jeep on a trip when I had came across a bump in the road that had ruined my plans on taking my jeep. I had my car dropped off to the dealership and steve had tooking care of vehicle while I was gone. He's a great asset to your company. Its guys like him, that helps makes your business successful. Customer service I never have a problem with service. Jason is a great advisor. I’m glad they give you to the same advisor every time makes it more personal. My only I never have a problem with service. Jason is a great advisor. I’m glad they give you to the same advisor every time makes it more personal. My only issue is sometimes it’s hard to get in on Saturdays and that’s my only day off. That could partially be my fault I need to maybe make appointments way in advance.
