Exceptional Customer Service When we left the house that morning, we knew we were coming home with a new Buick. The only question, was where would we purchase it. We had previously test driven an Enclave at another dealership and the salesperson just wasn't knowledgeable or excited to see us. We decided that we would visit Bill DeLord Buick GMC Cadillac and look at their inventory. We arrived just as they were opening the doors and from the young lady who greeted us until the last person we saw, it was a pleasant experience. The enthusiasm of Tim Long was contagious as he took us on a test drive, explained the features and closed the sale. Tim did all of this without any high pressure sales. Steve did the financing paperwork and Mr. DeLord even stopped by. Although I didn't work with Frank, I want to thank him for noticing my military decal on my car and stopping by and thanking me for my service. Thanks Frank!! Thanks Tim!
