I learned of them through searching the net for a particular vehicle I was looking for, and they happened to have one. I was very apprehensive at first, not knowing anyone at the dealer. I emailed the dealership to confirm that the vehicle I was interested in was still there, and I received a response from a Mr. David Wang. I can't say enough about David as my sales contact. He was outstanding. No slick sales gimmicks, no pressure, no attempts at manipulative ploys. Just great, accommodating service. I ended up purchasing the vehicle I was interested in. I had some issue with the vehicle but David and his colleague Steve Byrd from service department took care of me and all the bills were covered under warranty it was easy and simple and hassle-free. I would definitely recommend David and RBM of Alpharetta to my friends and family. More

When you leave this franchise you feel that I was impressed with the manner in which all employees seemed to know the true meaning of "team concept". When you leave this franchise you feel that you have developed a relationship with everyone you worked with. Each employee operated in manner that suggested customer satisfaction was their product. George Timmes our salesperson, saved me several thousand dollars by making sure that I received a pro rata refund for the unused portion of the extended warranty which I had purchased on the vehicle being trading in. In addition George listened and asked questions to learn what was important to me. More
