Left with safety concerns & uneasiness in trusting dealers. I am thankful to have found a great second hand car but was overall disappointed with the follow up and found myself taken at several turns. With blan I am thankful to have found a great second hand car but was overall disappointed with the follow up and found myself taken at several turns. With blanket statements like, "It will be fixed," or "it will be taken care of," I quickly saw that this dealership was no different than the next. If things were not in concrete writing, they did not honor their word. They also did not follow up with emails to confirm what was agreed upon. I had to chase after them for follow up and was passed from person to person. After supposedly passing inspection at the dealership we were sold a car that's driver door does not lock properly. A quick and simple fix from what I understand. It was most likely an honest mistake, one any one could have easily have overlooked, unfortunately when brought to Peter's attention, he boldly and unsympathetically told me the car was in perfect working order when driven off the lot. He couldn't have known that personally, but he choose not take responsibility or do what was right by us. The mechanics tried to help us but were shot down by the sales managers. On the day of purchase Mark was helpful and for that I am thankful, unfortunately he did not have it in writing what he promised he would get fixed and for that we lost out and had to pay out of pocket for repairs he insisted were simple and covered. I found the communication lacking at this facility, as promises were being made and told would be fulfilled by others and then they were not communicated to. We were even hung up on by Ricardo, because he was upset about the poor communication with his team. I believe that all customers should be treated the same, but I believe that we were treated differently and not honored well. I really wanted to believe they wanted to do us right, but learned the hard way kindness and honor don't make money and that is what is prioritized here. More
