The sales team was awesome. Everyone treated me as one of there family. They went out of there way to make sure I understood the entire process and got me the Blue Titan that I was looking for. I just leased my 3rd Rogue from Younger Nissan!I am I just leased my 3rd Rogue from Younger Nissan! I am extremely appreciative for the ongoing support I have received through each lease process alon I just leased my 3rd Rogue from Younger Nissan! I am extremely appreciative for the ongoing support I have received through each lease process along with the time that passes between my leases. I look forward to seeing everyone I have continuously dealt with...or shall I say...the time they have dealt with me :) My experiences with Younger Nissan goes above and beyond the fact that they are knowledgeable and professional from start to finish. Jim Burdis, sales department, has guided me through all 3 of my leases with great amounts of patience and understanding of what my needs verses my wants in a vehicle are. Jim always keeps in touch making sure all is well with our vehicle. Rob Harley, General Sales Manager, has taken his position as a sales manager throughout all 3 of my leases to a higher level than I would have expected of any sales manager. As my repour with Rob grows with each lease, I can attest that his interactions with me were/are not just about getting a certain $ amount. Rob realizes and understands that each individual customer that walks through Younger Nissan's doors, comes with in their own individual life predicaments. He approaches potential customers as a whole! Karl Brady, Used Car Sales Manager, has always been polite, kind, straight-forward, and attentive to completing tasks at hand. Edward Beleznay, Finance Department, is always a pleasure! Ed helps to navigate through all the financial understandings and has always offered what options are available that may be of help. He takes his time to explain everything and answer questions. Ed makes you feel comfortable! Allen Bostic, Management Department...never do we ever not look for you!!! Your knowledge, honesty, kindness, humor, and patience follows you wherever you go! Younger Nissan would not be the same without you :) When you switched departments...it was devastation...as we selfishly missed being able to see you as often. Thank you for dealing with us! Jay Duck, Management Department, wrapped up all the hands-on in my Rogue! He was so patient and kind. Jay sat in the vehicle with me and showed, explained, and put into action all the features. He was so calm and didn't mind repeating. I also had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Steve Farley, Management Department. Avoid this dealership!! I have never owned a Nissan car, but started looking at the Leaf as a replacement for an older vehicle. I found a certified used one at Younger Nissan I have never owned a Nissan car, but started looking at the Leaf as a replacement for an older vehicle. I found a certified used one at Younger Nissan in Frederick, MD. Since I live an hour and twenty minutes away, I worked with a salesperson to see if my monthly payment goal could be met. I told her I did not want to waste my time or hers if it could not be met, especially due to how far away I live from the dealership. After much back and forth, I was eventually told there would be no problem in getting the car at my payment goal and that I should make an appointment to test drive it. I verified one last time before changing my plans for Saturday (2/8) that my payment goal was accepted, and I was told again yes. So I drove to the dealership on Saturday and did the test drive. Everything was good, so the paperwork was brought to me. The price was not what had been communicated and was significantly higher than my payment goal. Eventually, the used sales manager came out and actually told me that he figured I would love the car enough that I would pay more and that he could not meet my payment goal. So overall, I wasted 5 hours due to that sales manager lying to me, almost 3 hours of that driving to and from the dealership. This was an extremely disappointing experience, and to top it off I never received the $25 gift card for test driving a vehicle either. So, in summary, I was told my payment goal would be met (which was $200 per month for 5 years), but that was just a lie to get me to the dealership. I recommend avoiding this dealership. More
