I was in the market for a new altima after mine was involved in an accident and after speaking to Corey on the phone he made the experience very stress free by doing everything he said he would. After showing up at YoungerNissan the vehicle was freshly detailed with gas and plates already installed. He went over all the functions of the vehicle and we were in and out in no time, highly recommend Younger Nissan if you are in the market for a vehicle. More

We came into the dealership from Northern Virginia in search of a specific used vehicle found online. When we arrived, we were first met by Logan and then after looking at the car, Rob. The whole transaction felt like a stereotypical used car dealership interaction. I expressed wanting the car to have a pre-purchase inspection through a private establishment. When talking to me, it was a "good idea" but then I found out that either Rob or Logan reached out to my son behind my back via text, stating it was not necessary as it was already Maryland State inspected! The reason we were not sure is because my son was getting texts from both Rob and Logan from the same number. We had the car re-inspected to find faulty brakes. Even though my paperwork said calipers, needed to be replaced, Rob assured me that was not the case. We gave them the benefit of the doubt as my son liked the car. It was offered that the car was delivered to me if I wire-transferred the money. I did not feel comfortable with that regarding the feel we received and interactions had (saying a video would be sent / not calling back / etc). At one point, Rob even wanted my son to add him and/or Logan to SnapChat to see the video (my son is only a week into being 18 and was not comfortable with that). We decided on the car! Found out the exact amount (which we had to ask multiple times then listen to Rob yell across the dealership to Paige while we were on the phone rather than putting us on hold or transferring) and went in with a cashier's check from the bank. When we arrived, we were not offered to look at the car for the repairs but to "talk finances." The amount given was higher than what we were told! My son pointed out we were doing Virginia tags and not Maryland. Logan finally came back with the originally quoted price but I was reminded that they "fixed the brakes for me." I asked to speak to the General Manager (Steve) but was given Rob again. I said I wanted to speak with Steve, the General Manager, not Rob, the Sales Manager. Logan told me I did not need to be rude to which I pointed out I was just doing my research. In talking to Steve, he told me multiple times how he was part owner, in the business for 40 years, that the dealership had the highest ratings, etc. My son felt he was talking down to me. He also went on how certified checks could be fake and how it is impossible to lower processing fees (it is actually not "fraud" as it has been done many times). We went to look at the car and once we saw some issues again that we inquired about the first time, multiplied by the lack of care in selling a car and the way I was talked down to, we decided to walk away. This dealership may be wonderful for a new car purchase but for a used car, it feels like their time is being wasted. Would not recommend. More

The sales team was awesome. Everyone treated me as one of there family. They went out of there way to make sure I understood the entire process and got me the Blue Titan that I was looking for. I just leased my 3rd Rogue from Younger Nissan!I am I just leased my 3rd Rogue from Younger Nissan! I am extremely appreciative for the ongoing support I have received through each lease process alon I just leased my 3rd Rogue from Younger Nissan! I am extremely appreciative for the ongoing support I have received through each lease process along with the time that passes between my leases. I look forward to seeing everyone I have continuously dealt with...or shall I say...the time they have dealt with me :) My experiences with Younger Nissan goes above and beyond the fact that they are knowledgeable and professional from start to finish. Jim Burdis, sales department, has guided me through all 3 of my leases with great amounts of patience and understanding of what my needs verses my wants in a vehicle are. Jim always keeps in touch making sure all is well with our vehicle. Rob Harley, General Sales Manager, has taken his position as a sales manager throughout all 3 of my leases to a higher level than I would have expected of any sales manager. As my repour with Rob grows with each lease, I can attest that his interactions with me were/are not just about getting a certain $ amount. Rob realizes and understands that each individual customer that walks through Younger Nissan's doors, comes with in their own individual life predicaments. He approaches potential customers as a whole! Karl Brady, Used Car Sales Manager, has always been polite, kind, straight-forward, and attentive to completing tasks at hand. Edward Beleznay, Finance Department, is always a pleasure! Ed helps to navigate through all the financial understandings and has always offered what options are available that may be of help. He takes his time to explain everything and answer questions. Ed makes you feel comfortable! Allen Bostic, Management Department...never do we ever not look for you!!! Your knowledge, honesty, kindness, humor, and patience follows you wherever you go! Younger Nissan would not be the same without you :) When you switched departments...it was devastation...as we selfishly missed being able to see you as often. Thank you for dealing with us! Jay Duck, Management Department, wrapped up all the hands-on in my Rogue! He was so patient and kind. Jay sat in the vehicle with me and showed, explained, and put into action all the features. He was so calm and didn't mind repeating. I also had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Steve Farley, Management Department. What a wonderful crew you have with these individuals I thankfully interacted with! You all have helped our family more than you realize. Thank you! More
