Went in for servcie, left with a New Rogue lease! This is our 2nd lease with Younger Nissan and we were treated like family from the moment we walked in! I arrived for a scheduled service appointment This is our 2nd lease with Younger Nissan and we were treated like family from the moment we walked in! I arrived for a scheduled service appointment and with my upcoming lease due for turn in, I knew I wanted to test drive options and get some preliminary numbers. I had my 9 yr old daughter with me and had no intentions of actually working out deal on the spot! Especially considering there was a lot variables that factored in. I wasn't even really sure what I wanted but knew I wanted to downsize in the amount of vehicle I currently had and needed to downsize my monthly payment, without giving up everything that I am used to in a premium package. Extremely tough request, but David, Ken and Steve went to work for me to make it happen! The overall process took a little longer than usual and I was worried about my daughter getting bored and hungry but David was awesome with her! He made sure to keep her engaged, entertained and full of popcorn...she did not complain once during this whole process. Everyone was so accommodating and friendly and the end result made it all worth it! Huge thanks to Steve for taking such great care of us, as always! I am one extremely happy customer/family member! I have been a customer of Younger Nissan of Frederick, MD for a long time, hence, I did not look elsewher Recently I purchased 2016 Nissan Sentra SV. I have been a customer of Younger Nissan of Frederick, MD for a long time, hence, I did not look elsewhere. I met David Fultz and Philip Sizemore at the dealership. I worked with David Fultz and he was instrumental in assisting me. Upon delivery, issues were discovered with the car. David Fultz and Philip Sizemore took ownership of the issue and assured me that they will do everything to rectify the situation. I was given another 2016 Nissan Sentra SV and during the process David Fultz again provided unprecedented customer service. During the whole process, Steve Farley was also engaged. Steve’s goal was to provide me with outstanding customer service. Doug Rice from the service department also provided outstanding customer service. I had mentioned to Doug that I was looking for a car, and needed assistance. He assured me that he would do everything to provide me with the assistance I needed. When I informed Doug that I was working with David Fultz and Steve Farley, he followed up with both of them. Do not deal with these folks if you can avoid it! WORST DEALER I have ever dealt with. Sold a car to them 2 weeks ago and still have not had my loan paid off by them. Was told it would be finished the WORST DEALER I have ever dealt with. Sold a car to them 2 weeks ago and still have not had my loan paid off by them. Was told it would be finished the next day and here we are 11 days later. My lender has informed me that they sent part of what our sales contract states. WHO DOES THAT?! They are literally ignoring the signed contract between us and them, and paying when they feel like it. Meanwhile, the car has been in their possession for almost 2 weeks and is listed for sale on their website. That was done within 3 days by the way. More
