Black Friday Shopping Had a good experience with Jim. It was Black Friday and man was he busy, but he was still able to be attentive to my wife and I throughout the process Had a good experience with Jim. He was very helpful in the purchase of our new Titan and explaining things as we completed the experience. The other staff was also very pleasant to deal with as well. Throughout the busy day, their professionalism never wavered, even offering to provide lunch for us while we waited. We drove more than an hour (from another state) for the better deal and would do it again for the experience we had while working with those at Younger Nissan. More

Wonderful experience. This is my 2nd car from Younger I needed a car since my family member totaled it. I first went to Doug Rice and asked for a good sales person. Joseph Johnson was suggested. From day one Joe has been sincere, helpful, kind, and listened to my request on my suggestions of price and mileage. In fact, he called me the minute someone traded in a Nissan Sentra to come take a look at it. The price was offered to me before the car went on your web site. I was pleased he has been there thru the whole process and so has Ed, financial officer to guide me thru the process. I will not go anywhere else to have car serviced. Doug Rice is also a wonderful person who has guided thru all of my repairs on my first Nissan Altima I have nothing but high praise for these employees as I am a single elderly woman. It's very hard to find somebody who really cares about what you want and tries to make of your experience something that you won't forget, and that' It's very hard to find somebody who really cares about what you want and tries to make of your experience something that you won't forget, and that's what I have experienced in hands of Tony Araujo. So many times I' ve heard that is so unpleasant to go through all the process of buying a car, but i am very happy that Tony changed at least with me and my husband that philosophy. He was very friendly and helpful and you could tell it wasn't because he wanted to sell a car, it was because it's the way who he is. My husband had already a quote because he saw the car online.. so we had that in advantage.. when we went there the sales rep who gave us the quote (Christa)wasn't there, so Tony walked us thorough the process, which i couldn't be more grateful for. We knew what we wanted , so it was easier, plus the financing was like 45 min. I can tell in general terms we spent there 2 hours. Steve, one of the managers also sent my husband an email to let him know he was there to help in case we needed to. In general, it was a wonderful experience. I don't regret a second. More
