It's very hard to find somebody who really cares about what you want and tries to make of your experience something that you won't forget, and that' It's very hard to find somebody who really cares about what you want and tries to make of your experience something that you won't forget, and that's what I have experienced in hands of Tony Araujo. So many times I' ve heard that is so unpleasant to go through all the process of buying a car, but i am very happy that Tony changed at least with me and my husband that philosophy. He was very friendly and helpful and you could tell it wasn't because he wanted to sell a car, it was because it's the way who he is. My husband had already a quote because he saw the car online.. so we had that in advantage.. when we went there the sales rep who gave us the quote (Christa)wasn't there, so Tony walked us thorough the process, which i couldn't be more grateful for. We knew what we wanted , so it was easier, plus the financing was like 45 min. I can tell in general terms we spent there 2 hours. Steve, one of the managers also sent my husband an email to let him know he was there to help in case we needed to. In general, it was a wonderful experience. I don't regret a second. More

Finally deciding- made easy!! Steve Latour listened and knew I was struggling to part with a car I just loved driving for 12 years. He showed me 2 cars, he thought I would like. I Steve Latour listened and knew I was struggling to part with a car I just loved driving for 12 years. He showed me 2 cars, he thought I would like. I drove them, but decided-not for me. I looked at the cars in the showroom, sat in an Altima and liked the comfort of it. He had one I could test on my own, I drove it and liked how it handled.
