I had made an appointment regarding a recall and when I got my car there and left they later called and said they did not have the part and I would need to bring it back later. I did get an oil change and got my car there and left they later called and said they did not have the part and I would need to bring it back later. I did get an oil change and when picking up car I was told I could find it in the south lot and just pointed. Thankfully I found it right away. Second time going back once again told car was in south lot. I had to use my key fob to try and locate my car. This is very poor customer service. Other dealers have brought the car out front when I pick it up. I leave it out front where they can find it easily not sure why they can not do the same thing for the customer. Will only be going here for recall stuff since they are the Ford Dealer in town. More

3 times I asked your mechanics to tell me why I smell burning oil with no loss in the crankcase. First answer was to replace my turbo for over 3k, second answer was "nothing to worry about" oil must hav burning oil with no loss in the crankcase. First answer was to replace my turbo for over 3k, second answer was "nothing to worry about" oil must have just dropped on the steering assembly? And the last time it was the PTU needs to be replaced for 1500. Not serviced using the fill and drain plugs to replace the spent lubricant, just replace the whole unit the works just fine. I replaced the gear oil myself in my garage and haven't had an issue since. So you'll have to forgive me if I have lost ALL confidence in the credibility of your shop. I thought bringing my car to the dealership would give me superior service but I can now see why some independent mechanics call them stealerships. I mean I literally googled the problem and found the solution myself, and the fix took all of about 20 minutes. Guess what I didn't have to pay a diagnostic fee either. More
