After looking at multiple vehicle Gaston nailed my very first ever brand new vehicle. Not only did he make my day but I believe we made each other's day after he heard it was my first new vehicle and he co first ever brand new vehicle. Sales is great but service is seriously lacking. I wouldn’t recommend service to anybody. It was the worst experience ever. They seem like they have no communication with employees and customers. I turned my car in, an employee said they are going to do an inspection on it and see where it goes from there. I didn’t have a single call from anybody telling me the situation on my car. I turned it in Wednesday, Thursday was thanksgiving so I understand. Friday I didn’t hear anything “I called multiple times” Saturday is a Skelton crew so they couldn’t work on it. Monday I finally got my car back about hassling the service department. If it wasn’t for randy covering it I would never go back to the service department in Jacksonville. Just call the customer and tell them something literally anything. Y’all could have called me and told me the car will take a couple days. I would have been fine with that but I had to call from 2 to 5:30 on Wednesday just to hear they closed at 4:30 like really?? Learn customer service it’ll help y’all out. More

Took my 2022 F450 in for tire rotation and balance. Picked it up 5 days later, truck was unsafe to drive. Took truck back and waited another week to find out they had not balanced two wheels. Truck was Picked it up 5 days later, truck was unsafe to drive. Took truck back and waited another week to find out they had not balanced two wheels. Truck was still unsafe to drive as even stated by service manager. Gave the truck to service for another week. They took the truck to two other shops. Removed liquid weights and added beads to balance. It’s drivable but not over 72 miles an hour. Service Manager is completely inept. While breaking down tires 2x the dealership tore up my polished aluminum (factory) wheels. They agreed to have my wheels polished out and then 3 days later get a call from GM refusing to repair my wheels. Sub par work and sub par attitude. This is the worst shop I’ve ever dealt with. More
