An underwhelming experience This most recent visit was the first in awhile as we live an hour away and our perks have lessened over time. Understandable. Previously our car was picked up for service and we would receive a loaner, but understandably that was an above and beyond service. I did ask if loaners were available but I was told they were not, but maybe because I was going on a busy day. At check out, the customer checking in was able to have that perk. I had requested my wind shield wipers be replaced as the after markets are awful. The salesperson told me they were fine, so they were not replaced. Fyi they are terrible in the rain and I will be replacing them on my own. The Complimentary wash and vacuum should not even be offered as I truly could not tell that this had been done to my vehicle. Overall, an average experience. The representative was very nice and professional but I honestly do not remember his name. More
