Sales manager Steve Hahn emailed me a detailed quote with financing options and after talking with him on the phone ended up with a great final price that was better than two other dealer quotes. I mentioned this is one shot for your best price that I don't ping pong between dealers. Steve's partner, Brian Oh followed up with the final details of my picking up the RDX. Joey was thorough and patient explaining the infotainment and navigation operation and physical controls. Tony Wilbur handled the final paperwork and financing, providing a detailed explanation for all costs. Finally, a shout out to dealership owner John Patterson for assembling such a great staff! More
