I bought two cars from Acura Mission Viejo, the first purchase was an MDX and I returned a second time and purchased a used 2018 TLX. My salesperson was David Bennett for both purchases. I came back to Mission Viejo Acura the second time because of David's friendliness. David is a kind and honest salesperson. He is not a pushy salesman and he wants his customers to get a good deal. Also, he is responsive with phone calls when I reached out several times with questions and very respectful when working out a deal. If I am looking for another car to purchase, David is the one I will be calling again! It was a pleasure working with him and many thanks to him. More

Excellent experience for my first car. My husband recommended me an Acura ilx for my first car. He spent month looking into details of this vehicle. Finally, he decided to drive down to Patterson's recommended me an Acura ilx for my first car. He spent month looking into details of this vehicle. Finally, he decided to drive down to Patterson's Mission Viejo Acura for a visit since there isnt a picture on this vehicle, however he said price is reasonable for this trim. When we arrived at the dealership. Steve greeted us. And we ask for Michael Stepp, since he answered our request the first time. Michael is a very mannered gentleman, he explained to us the readon why this particular vehicle did not have any photo. It was still needed a recondition of interior. Since i am still in process of getting my drivers license, my hubby took the car for a test drive. After that, we had decided to make the purchase. Immediately, Michael offer me the warp around warranty with an employee discount. That was nice, thank you. Michael is very detailed in explaining the details of vehicle, a knowledgeable person he is. I did had a pre approve loan, however boa changed its rate, but here come Tony Tony got me a loan through Acura with just 0.01% more than my original per approved loan. It was nice that we were able to keep our monthly within our goal. Michael delivered my vehicle next day to our Buena Park home. Car was everything that i expected. Thank you Michael , Tony and Steve for making my first car purchase a wonderful experience, and if anyone i know who fancy an Acura? Patterson's MV Acura will be my only recommendation. More
