Exceptional service Had a small issue with the heating system. Service took care of the issue while I waited and applied my warranty seemlessly! When I visit, it feels like catching up with old friends! I feel like everyone is genuinely happy to see me. We've purchased our last four vehicles from this location. Two were VW's and two Subaru. We've always gotten a great deal on an exceptional vehicle! I can't imagine taking my car business anywhere else! More

I stayed with the dealership after it became Falcone Subaru because of the personal care and treatment I have always received. I consider Ryan and Steve in the service department more than just my professional contacts....they have become my personal friends. I recently purchased my 5th Subaru(4 with Duke Gold and Falcone), and I had an absolutely amazing experience with my sales representative John Franks. He not only did everything to make my buying experience one of the best(if not THEE best!) purchases I have ever made, but he has become a personal friend, too. The family-like atmosphere at Falcone shines through the entire dealership. I own my own business, and I recognize and appreciate good service. I have recommended Falcone Subaru to more than one of my friends, and I will continue to do so! Thank you for your commitment to service and fairness. Reliable Service Falcone to the rescue! Once again Steve Halloran took matters in hand and got me back on the road in no time. My issue was an emergency and unexpected Falcone to the rescue! Once again Steve Halloran took matters in hand and got me back on the road in no time. My issue was an emergency and unexpected as most are. He got me right in on very little notice on my part. When the part had to be ordered, he provided me with alternate transportation ( a beautiful 2017 Passat) He understands how important reliable transportation is for me since a lot of senior citizens rely on me to get them to doctor appointments, pick up prescriptions, grocery shopping, etc. Most of us take our cars for granted that they will provide us with the ability to move about freely.When you don't have that ability, living day to day becomes very difficult.I do what I can to ease some of this burden for them. My 2000 Beetle is no youngster and I rely heavily on Falcone Volkswagen to keep it in top form because it has a lot of work left to do. Many thanks for all the years of excellent service.
