Many dealership visits are full of stressful buying procedures but Jim Lopez, Steve Heinze and Sean made the experience a breeze. They were very happy to show me all of the vehicles I was interested in and were very knowledgeable about the vehicles and all the financial packages available for purchase and insurance. all employees were very friendly, attentive to detail, they took their time to explain features, and they cared about the customer experience.
