Had a long wait to get a hybrid RAV4 and wanted a particular setup for it. Steve was an absolute breeze to work with, available via email and text and always gave timely updates throughout the whole particular setup for it. Was disappointed that the financing aspect was already completed and I was expected to just sign paperwork. No regard was given for down payment, possibly trade in, or any negotiations whatsoever on the M completed and I was expected to just sign paperwork. No regard was given for down payment, possibly trade in, or any negotiations whatsoever on the MSRP. Steve was cordial and helped us get past the initial stumbling blocks. The vehicle is great and now I know that better communication is necessary the next time I deal with Toyota. Also Justin did a great job of explaining the features to us. More
