We scheduled an appointment for a regular service: oil change, filter, tire rotation, and checking fluids. The appointment was at 2:45; they took my truck at 2:26, and it’s now 5:30 and I still don’t have change, filter, tire rotation, and checking fluids. The person who assisted me didn’t even have the courtesy to call me, even though when I arrived I told them I would be waiting for my truck on-site. Anthony and the entire service department was amazing, I came in unannounced on a Saturday morning and they took care of me and my truck without making me feel like I was being an inconvenience. not too man came in unannounced on a Saturday morning and they took care of me and my truck without making me feel like I was being an inconvenience. not too many places or people left anymore. The service rep was very receptive to my request “as weird as it was”. Wanted to upgrade infotainment to SQBR6 and enable the "Pass time while parked" section of the Play Store. This allows streaming wh weird as it was”. Wanted to upgrade infotainment to SQBR6 and enable the "Pass time while parked" section of the Play Store. This allows streaming while sitting at chargers. This is like the 4th survey I have submitted to either GM or Ferman Chevy and will be the same. This visit was my best visit. It was for a tire rotation and a Recall Notice. I was told by the service rep tha or Ferman Chevy and will be the same. This visit was my best visit. It was for a tire rotation and a Recall Notice. I was told by the service rep that it might take up to 4 hours or more for the recall fix. But with a little luck on my side it only took around 2 hours. They told me I was one of the lucky ones that there was no damage done and little more wrap and it was fixed. A small concern in regards to the tire rotation. Yesterday I got a jotice that one of my tires need air. When I pulled up to get air the info screen showed the front passenger tire needed the air. But when I checked the pressure it showed 41 not 31. So I checked all tires for their pressure and it actually was the rear passenger tire needed the added air. My question is, if the tires are rotated does the is there a reset needed on the info screen? More
