This was my third transaction with Freehold Honda, this was not a pleasant experience from my initial contact with my previous sales associate to pick up. The sales Manager did step up and we purchased a CPO HR-V on a Wednesday, picked it up at a later time then agreed upon on Friday so we were pressed for time. We found a good dent and scratch in hood, scratches on sideview mirror and front tire was flat shortly after arriving home. this particular dent and scratched mirror were not present on Wednesday. Dealer took care of mirror , did a poor job on hood dent /scratch and tire was my responsibility. when I complaied about the hood subpar repair, I was told "its a CPO, they did as a coutesy to look a little better" As a repeat customer I trusted Freehold to recognize that this was not just a little scratch, and for the record, we were aware of a few minor scratches and we didnt ask for any of those CPO little scratches to be repaired. I would not recommend purchasing there while construction is happening, More
