I would like to give a shout-out to Mr. Steve Kramer (Sales Manager) -Mr. Heber (Floor Manager) - and Mr. Riley (Finance Manager), what an "Awesome Team." My car got totaled, and they all worked very hard to get me in the vehicle I wanted, which was, a "2027 Kia Seltos S." They did everything in their power to accommodate my needs, as well as my wants. I believe this is my fifth or sixth purchase with Coastal Kia. I usually deal with Steve Kramer, but Chad hit me first on this one. Chad was absolutely exceptional. I had a very strict budget and I was not easy to work with and he helped me when no one else could. I will always be a repeat customer as long as Chad and Steve are there! Also loan processor went above and beyond for me when I was trying to decide on warranties and what I could afford. It really meant a lot to me. More
