Actually, looked forward to going. Staff is always great and I got to eat snacks and have a couple of hours of time to myself while a recall problem was fixed. Steve was very helpful throughout the sales process. It was an internet inquiry for price that he promptly responded to and then the next day was at the dealership to help me with test driving and buyi It was an internet inquiry for price that he promptly responded to and then the next day was at the dealership to help me with test driving and buying my vehicle. He was not pushy at all and answered any questions that I had. Isaiah helped me through paperwork and again, not pushy at all, very pleasant, and overall a much better experience than I had purchasing another vehicle from a different dealership last year. Since purchase, I have returned to turn in keys to my previous car and then to pick up my license plate and both times every person that saw me spoke to me and treated me well. I would recommend Coastal Kia to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle. More
