He is warm, courteous, polite and has the best customer engagement skills. He is a no pressure guy, keeps his commitments and makes buying a car incredibly easy. This is the second time working with Carlton and the reason we go back is because he deals above board and straight up. Bottom line, he knows the Lexus product and knows how to seamlessly work the car buying/leasing process so that you don't feel stressed or exhausted when you are done. He found a vehicle that matched our discription but it was at another dealership. They also had the same model on site but with a different color interior. Anthony, the sales manager, offer us a discount just because the color did not match what we asked for. We did not purchase the vehicle that day because of negotiations. Anthony and I kept in contact and we kept working on a deal that would better suit us. We were finally able to get what we want without having to be tied up at the dealership for hours. Every time we talked it was straight to the point. I am very pleased with my experience. Thank you everyone at Treasure Coast Lexus! More
