Most disrespectful dealership I've ever experienced! Found a Jeep on their site and started chatting with their AI bot. Drove to the dealership on Sunday to look at the Jeep, saw it and both me and my w Found a Jeep on their site and started chatting with their AI bot. Drove to the dealership on Sunday to look at the Jeep, saw it and both me and my wife liked it. Texted the AI dude later in the afternoon that I wanted to test drive it on Monday. Then a "live" sales person texted me and said I'd been talking to their bot, but he'd get me setup. He said they were open from 9am till 8pm. I told him I could be there at 3pm and he said that would be perfect. He'd have everything ready. So I get there about 10 til 3 and ask for Steve. They point me to a man and I go up to him and he knows why I'm there but looks totally befuddled. He starts stammering and questions if I'm telling him the truth about looking at it the day before. I tell him yep, and even tell him where it's located. He says, well he can't find the keys and his boss says he traded it to a dealer on Friday. I tell him it must be a different one because I was here Sunday and even took pictures. So he goes and looks for the keys again. Mind you, he's got all the info on it including the inventory number. Well, come to find out, it's gone. The other dealer (supposedly in Mississippi) picked it up earlier in the day. Now, Steve knew I was coming. He should have been getting it ready for me and my wife to test drive it, but instead he sataround all day until the last second. I would have been disappointed if he had called or texted me earlier and told me the story, but at least I wouldn't have driven over an hour round trip for absolutely no reason other than to waste my time and gasoline because he's too lazy to do his job. Most unprofessional outfit ever. Didn't even apologize or anything, instead tried to blame it on the AI bot. Steve took over from the bot yesterday and then just around all day without prepping the vehicle or getting it ready in any eay. Worst excuse for a salesman I've ever ran across. So disrespectful of my time and my money for gas driving all that way. Needless to say, they will never get 1 penny of my hard earned money, and I hope others see this and are smart enough not to deal with them. I attached pictures to prove I was there and so was the Jeep. This post has been up for a while. No one from there has even tried to contact me or apologize! More
