These people WILL hang you out to dry. We bought a vehicle from them back in July. Long story short, we got hit with a huge fine for late vehicle registration because Toyota or their third We bought a vehicle from them back in July. Either way, Toyota refused to tell us the name of the third party when I wanted to hash it out with them. It's October and this problem has gone ignored since we bought the vehicle in July. Steve Lang ignored most of our texts we sent to try to get this resolved. He'll sell you a car then ignore you. C] Morella is unprofessional and difficult to deal with. He claims he's the head honcho, that they don't have a general manager or owner. This is a lie. He stated today that he refused to further help us with the third party, he talked over my wife then finally hung up on her. What is he? 3 years old. What kind of business hangs up on people. He went ballistic when my wife threatened a bad review. Horrible experience. Stay away. More
