These people WILL hang you out to dry. We bought a vehicle from them back in July. Either way, Toyota refused to tell us the name of the third party when I wanted to hash it out with them. It's October and this problem has gone ignored since we bought the vehicle in July. Steve Lang ignored most of our texts we sent to try to get this resolved. He'll sell you a car then ignore you. C] Morella is unprofessional and difficult to deal with. He claims he's the head honcho, that they don't have a general manager or owner. This is a lie. He stated today that he refused to further help us with the third party, he talked over my wife then finally hung up on her. What is he? 3 years old. What kind of business hangs up on people. He went ballistic when my wife threatened a bad review. Horrible experience. Stay away. More

I got Steve to help me with the process. It was complicated for first time buyer with Google as resource, but these are things that I appreciate working with them: 1. He was thorough and patient explaining things, and he answers every question I have on point. 2. Accommodated the my checklist very well of the car that I want and gave details I need to make informed decision 3. Able to test drive much affordable option to get the feel of it with regards to the price, the mileage, etc 4. Given enough time to weigh things thru, it helped a lot seeing the pros and cons of taking what I want but takes some time versus the affordable choice at hand and ready to go 5. In the end, we were able to work around within my budget with the car that I want (minus the color – Lunar Rock) tho it took us a lot of time. I appreciate how considerate he is with every questions I have and he is even open for further inquiries. I feel heard as a customer, and comfortable as well doing this big purchase. That’s the biggest takeaway. I am very grateful having this team on sealing the deal with my very first car. Thank you Steve! Kudos Toyota of Wallingford! More
