Used buyers BEWARE! !! My son gifted me a car that I had always wanted by surprise. It was an very emotional experience. Steve was the salesman. My son brought to his at !! Steve Agreed. He also mentioned that the sunshade was broken. We were told at pickup that they were addressed. Both items were not fixed after leaving. We also purchased a $3000 extended warranty. There also was a 60 day Warranty from NYS on a used car. We took the Car to our Local Cadillac Dealer I. Syracuse. We were told that the Sun shade was not covered under either warranty. (Cost for the part only was approx $1500) My son contacted Cadillac to file a Compaint against Otto Dealership. Cadillac was very prompt in giving us a quick response. The first response from Otto "Customer knew it was damaged". Cadillac sent another complaint to Otto because their response was untrue. This was the second response. " Car was sold As Is). My Son then contacted Steve again. My son was told by him that they already had to replace the back brakes and back tires were worn, when Car was inspected. (NOT THE CUSTOMERS PROBLEM!!! )He proceeded to tell him that he knew the shade was broken,but according to their policy, they will only go so far to repair problems. I was in shock that Steve admitted his lie. My son was crushed that this happened and kept apologizing to me for it. Your Dealership did absolutely nothing to fix their wrong. THE CAR WAS NOT AS IS!!!! He bold faced lied that it was fixed.Disgusted. SLEEP WELL!!!!!!!! More
