Shout out to J.R. Mazola! I am more than satisfied with my new car, and I never imagined what a pleasure it was to do business at Manly Honda. J.R. sold me a 2014 Subaru Impre I am more than satisfied with my new car, and I never imagined what a pleasure it was to do business at Manly Honda. J.R. sold me a 2014 Subaru Impreza, and it is a beaut, My husband and I did a lot of research, looking for the right car for me and our family, and we are very pleased with what we paid for-a good deal, and with J.R.-a marvelous auto rep. that made it easy for us, and we left feeling secure buying a car from him. Manly Honda has been around for a long time; a history in selling cars for many, many years. and while there are other places to buy a car in the bay area, only at Manly Honda in Santa Rosa did I find a used car with a clean carfax record., low miles, at a great price for a car that looks and feels brand new. The whole crew at Manly were great; they are a big family there, and I recommend you go there first. What? Nothing negative to say? Well, J.R. never pushed us into anything; he didn't need to; backed by a one week, no questions asked return policy of the vehicle if not satisfied J.R treated us well; assured us in more ways than one. Haggling I was preapproved with Capital One auto loan and had my paperwork in hand to purchase a car. I had already been online trying to see what best suited my needs and what I could afford. I walked into Manly to test drive the vehicle and to see if I really wanted it. I dealt with Efrain Aguado who was very helpful and took me on the test drive. When it came time to actually start signing the paperwork I then started dealing with Steve McKerracher. This is where my experience went from good to bad. The haggling started because they wanted to add more options to my loan. I did want the GAP coverage which I said from the get go but having all the other options like vehicle service contract, key repair, and other protection options. I understand that this is how dealerships make extra money but I am not when to be haggled with I don't care for it, this is why I went a got preapproved. More
