Left on the side of the road for 7 hours I had just purchased my first car from this dealership. The over all buying experience of my car purchase was subpar but I didn't car about that becau I had just purchased my first car from this dealership. The over all buying experience of my car purchase was subpar but I didn't car about that because I WAS in love with the car. It had less than 20K miles on it and looked practically new. I purchased a used car at 9pm on a Thursday and by Friday at 1pm I was already on the side of the road with a vehicle that was leaking gas everywhere and reeked of gas inside the vehicle. Once this happened I called the dealership and the first response I received from the Hyundai Service Manger after telling him about the gas leak he asked if I could drive the car back to the dealership. After I refused because I could be putting my life in danger by getting into a car that's leaking gas he's like "oh well then I'll what your sales person can look up and do for you" I hadn't heard anything from the dealership in an hour and they were just giving me the run around. Steve Mckerracher was the finance Manger who did the paperwork for my purchase and one of the people that I spoke with on Friday while being stranded. Honestly after dealing with him is when I decided I didn't even want to see what was wrong with the car I just wanted a refund for the car. I felt that Steve was unprofessional and did not care about the customer experience at all. He showed no sympathy and some of the words he said to me was "that's what you get for buying a used car". And if that's the case that I do not recommend anyone buying any of the Manly Used Cars. I could go on to tell you how I was treated that whole day and how it was one of the worst experiences of my life but I'll spare you. I do want to say when Paul (I don't know his last name but all I know is he is a sales Manger) took over my situation is when I felt that this dealership had some integrity over the products they sold. I would recommend if you have to buy a car from this dealership than hopefully you deal with him. More

Longest, most frustrating experince to buy a new car. The worst experience in buying a new car that we have ever had. We were referred to this dealership through the Costco auto program which we have used The worst experience in buying a new car that we have ever had. We were referred to this dealership through the Costco auto program which we have used in the past with excellent satisfaction. Tom Larson should not have been representing Manly as a contact for this program. He wanted to make the sale but was not happy that the program cut into the commission he received. Very unprofessional. The salesman also contacted our insurance company, but gave them the VIN number for our trade-in vehicle instead of the new vehicle. Why would a person want to put full coverage on a fourteen year old car that they no longer owned? We were rushed through the final signing of the sales contract, with nothing being explained to us (our fault, I guess). We were also railroaded into purchasing an extended warranty on our contract, with very little explanation. This was corrected the next day by another finance officer, and our contract was voided and re-written. More

The dealership was very busy when I arrived, I was greeted by a nice man that quickly paired me up with Tom a senior sales consultant. Tom asked which models and colors I wanted and quickly located a white one with everything I asked for.took a test drive and fell in love with the car, I ultimately decided to go with the black. The process was pretty effecient and relatively painless, not always the case when buying a new car. Steve one of the business managers handled the paperwork, Steve went as far as getting me a better interest rate and a little lower monthly payment. My car was ready by the time the paperwork was done, Tom handled explaining the details of the car, how to set the radio, pair the phone, lights, signals, gas, etc. Tom noticed a few spots on the car, so insisted we take it back to deluxing and have them make it perfect. A full tank of gas and paymemts not due for 45 days, I'm a happy guy. Now i just have to keep it clean. More
