I made a follow up appt on line, and then called to see if they had th During my last service, I was told I needed bushings in my steering mechanism. I made a follow up appt on line, and then called to see if they had the parts. They couldn’t find the notes, so I had to go on my appointed day, only to find out the parts had to be ordered. One wasted day unnecessarily. $522+ dollars for the parts. Parts come in, no one called, I had to call. Looked for the same parts on line, found them for $105. Cancelled order, took car to my local shop. They said nothing was urgent with the bushings and I could go another year. I’d have to be insane to return to this dealership. More
