In a nutshell, they have been fantastic so far. I purchased my 2024 Honda CRV Hybrid from another local dealer in April 2024 and immediately decided to have all my service issues handled by Honda o I purchased my 2024 Honda CRV Hybrid from another local dealer in April 2024 and immediately decided to have all my service issues handled by Honda of Freehold. And while there have only been a few minor issues, each one was handled immediately and completely resolved. The staff was professional, knowledgeable and very accommodating, and they provided great communication throughout each individual issue. I can't recommended them highly enough. More

I brought my vehicle to freehold Honda and they were able to diagnose the issue regarding the ongoing static and resolve the problem. While it took some time to reach a solution they supplied me with a loa to diagnose the issue regarding the ongoing static and resolve the problem. While it took some time to reach a solution they supplied me with a loaner car. Well done Honda! More

I will not be returning to H of F. During my last service, I was told I needed bushings in my steering mechanism. I made a follow up appt on line, and then called to see if they had th During my last service, I was told I needed bushings in my steering mechanism. I made a follow up appt on line, and then called to see if they had the parts. They couldn’t find the notes, so I had to go on my appointed day, only to find out the parts had to be ordered. One wasted day unnecessarily. $522+ dollars for the parts. Parts come in, no one called, I had to call. Looked for the same parts on line, found them for $105. Cancelled order, took car to my local shop. They said nothing was urgent with the bushings and I could go another year. I’d have to be insane to return to this dealership. More
