There are many MB dealers and service departments across the area. Steve differentiates himself and his organization by providing trustworthy and transparent communication and guidance. Im always treated with professionalism and even when the news is bad ($$$) I know it’s accurate as Steve provides clear explanation of repairs and proactive guidance on next steps. Although vehicle repairs / maintenance efforts are rarely an enjoyable experience, Steve’s calm demeanor and straightforward style are super appreciated. MB Annapolis is lucky to have him. More

I love taking my car in for service. Not only do they make sure I’m taken care of with a loaner, but my service rep Steve always makes sure I fully understand the work being done to my car.
