Car Service I am always happy when getting my car serviced here. The wait is never too long and they offer coffee, water and have a snack machine. The waiting are I am always happy when getting my car serviced here. The wait is never too long and they offer coffee, water and have a snack machine. The waiting area is clean and set up very well. I can read, charge my phone and even watch some tv. Steve has always been so helpful to me and my family - always patient to listen to our concerns and understand our needs. Not so long ago, our car had transmission issues and required repair - Steve gave us all our options, answered all of our questions and was always there when we needed him. My father in law about a week ago asked me - "Where do you get your oil changed" my reply was Nissan, he said where else do you go - I said " No Where" jajajajajajajaj! Thank you Steve and Nissan! More

90K Mile Service I had the 90K mile service as well as the state inspection. The service was prompt and Steve always explains the service and keeps me informed. Prompt and honest service I had to have my car inspected. The representative was honest in saying there would be a wait due to the day if the month. As soon as it was complet I had to have my car inspected. The representative was honest in saying there would be a wait due to the day if the month. As soon as it was completed, they contacted me. The best part was that I asked if I was in need of new tires, and the rep said no. Normally the response I would expect would be yes at the thought of making a sale, but your rep was honest. That will bring me back as soon as the tires need to be changed. Excellent customer care. More
