Horrible. Tried recommend $1500 worth of things to get done for my inspection and when I said no they told me I had to spend at least $600. Problem I had is they tried to charge me$400 for ONE front spur done for my inspection and when I said no they told me I had to spend at least $600. Problem I had is they tried to charge me$400 for ONE front spur which costs about $100 at advanced auto. I said I'm not paying that price so they failed my car. Will never go back there. Was warned about their price gauging by a few people and just witnessed it for myself. More

My car is getting up there in mileage but I LOVE my CX-9! Steve and Cody have always stepped up to help keep me, my kids and vehicle running safely. I had great service. Great helpful staff. Only complaints is that when I called to schedule apt wasn’t told to go to the service center not located at the dealership & when I picked my car up I was driving d is that when I called to schedule apt wasn’t told to go to the service center not located at the dealership & when I picked my car up I was driving down the highway & hood wasnt completely latched all the way had to pull over & push shut completely. I was so scared, otherwise it was great service. More
