Good afternoon, I'm truly sorry to hear about the difficult situation you're in. Please know that we genuinely empathize with your frustration, and it was never our intention to add any stress to your experience. That said, I do want to clarify a few important points. We worked hard to accommodate your vehicle much sooner than our normal schedule allows, expediting the diagnostic process by several weeks. Prior to bringing the vehicle in, I also made sure to explain over the phone that a diagnostic would be necessary and that we would need to submit findings for potential warranty or coverage approval — and you acknowledged understanding that process. Despite not knowing the full extent of your situation at the time, we waived the diagnostic fee as a courtesy, in an effort to help where we could. Additionally, after diagnostics were completed, we provided a few days to arrange for the vehicle’s removal. While we are always happy to help where possible, we are not a storage facility, and we do need to maintain space for incoming customers. This is why we have a clearly communicated storage policy for vehicles left on-site beyond a reasonable timeframe after service. I'm sincerely sorry we weren’t able to do more to resolve things for you. If your situation changes and you'd like to move forward with the repair, you're always welcome to reach out and schedule with us. We truly wish you the best and hope you're able to get your vehicle back on the road soon.

You only provided me 2 days to pick up the car but the fact that you guys, after turning my entire world upside down, threatened me with this twice not just once. None of this would have occurred if I had not been given wrong information 2 times. Your response is only the end of the entire ordeal Kia told me two times the starter would be covered if it was the starter I never would have spent the money or towed it there if they had not told me TWICE the starter was covered under a pre certified warranty. I don’t even know what that is I’m just quoting the ppl that told me that TWICE. I explained the full extent of my situation every single time I called and I explained every time I called I knew it was the starter and battery. Kia kept trying to tell me after the battery diagnosis that it was something to do with the fuel and I told them ok but that I also knew it was the starter which it was. They only agreed to have it seen sooner the first time because I asked to speak with a manager and a sales manager was willing to help me all service dept told me was I had to wait they didn’t even offer me the cancelation option. That was the first time it was seen. The second time it was seen they made me wait even tho I told them if I wait till the appt to tow it I would have to pay $400 instead of just the $200 for one tow because I would have to tow it to my house then the dealership and I was told then that if I towed it to the dealership sooner that the appt date you would impound it (that was the first time I was told that) the second time was by Steve the manager of the service dept. I was told BEFORE I towed it to the dealership that “without diagnosing it we don’t know what is wrong with it” I said I understand that but if you diagnose it and it is the starter is the starter covered under whatever warranty they said if it is the starter yes it is. Since I already knew it was the starter and Kia had confirmed now twice that if it was the starter it was covered I went ahead and towed it there and was thinking it would be fixed. Then you were rude about thinking I was asking for the starter to be fixed for free when in fact I wasn’t asking that at all. I had someone willing to put the starter in for me for free I didnt use that option from the beginning because I didn’t want to mess with the warranty or any warranty items.
