First Time New Car Buyer! Spectacular Service real Team! I took the advice of my sister who knew someone who worked at Tucson Subaru. She had purchased a 2018 Subaru Forester just last year. She was so impre I took the advice of my sister who knew someone who worked at Tucson Subaru. She had purchased a 2018 Subaru Forester just last year. She was so impressed with the car and its handling as well as the finance department at Tucson Subaru she encouraged me to test drive the latest models of Subaru vehicles the Outback, Trek and Forester to compare the handling of each model of vehicle. Ken the sales person was generous with his time and very personable. After test driving each vehicle I settled on the Forester and a used outback. I decided on the 2020 Forester with its all wheel drive, stereoscopic safety system satellite radio and highly rated crash test rating. He surprised me by allowing me to have the car over the weekend. I also met Louis of finance who has a great personality. After 72 hours of driving the vehicle it was the finest vehicle I have ever driven after driving for 32 years. Im glad I bought the 2020 Forester its better than any Cadillac or Mercedes on the market at this time. The staff are truly a team. Monday I came in to go over my car I had a flat tire when I pulled in the dealer ship. The staff pulled together to handle this situation. I have never seen any car dealership in my 45 plus year memory of my Parents interacting with Ford or Toyota have a similar experience there was no run around the situation was handled immediately. I discovered I had made a mistake with my payment Ken, Louis and Steve the shuttle driver helped me to correct the mistake with my bank and I was able to pay for the vehicle and the accessories with a bank certified check. I am so relived and glad I chose this dealership to buy my brand new 2020 Forester this is truly a vehicle of the 21st Century and I am proud and privileged to be its driver and new owner. I also requested some additional accessories for my vehicle a security system and other extras always ask your sales and service department or finance manager to add them to your purchase package or keep them in mind for future. They treated me like a valued customer at every step of the purchase process. I feel my sister gave me some fantastic advice the best Auto delaership in Tucson, Arizona Tucson Subaru! More

Great Customer Service I’d forgotten how long it takes to buy a car! Even so our salesman Steve made every effort to get us out of there as swiftly as possible. The finance department , Louie, even gave us extra maintenance coupons for our patience. Bottom line though is we got a great deal on a great, barely used Forester.
