I went in looking for an Outback but soon found out that it was too large and heavy for me with my disabilities. When the fellas saw my needs they matched a Crosstrek to me and it is the perfect vehicle. They were so considerate and more than friendly, I felt as if I was car shopping with close friends who really know their cars and cared about me. This is my third Subaru and I wouldn't even consider another make. The Crosstrek is the perfect sized city vehicle but I'm a cowboys wife and it can haul hay too! This dealership is well put together from people to inventory. I can't thank these folks enough for being so trustworthy and considerate of my needs in making my experience as wonderful as possible. More

Unfortunately, we did not end up with a Subaru, but it had nothing to do with Steve or Subaru itself. We had previously owned a Forester many years ago and throughly enjoyed it. We were just given an offer from my current Lexus dealer that was impossible to refuse. Tim, the finance officer is a down to earth person. He made sure to make sense of everything there was in my financial and vehicle situation. Steve and Ken were great people, not salesman, making sure there were no pressure in the decisions I made. No Hassle I was looking for a particular vehicle that could be flat towed behind a RV. After research, I chose to get a Subaru which I had owned years ago. I de I was looking for a particular vehicle that could be flat towed behind a RV. After research, I chose to get a Subaru which I had owned years ago. I dealt with STEVE WILLIS, based on a recommendation from a friend who purchased several vehicles from him. I was not disappointed. STEVE was up front and honest when answering my questions. The type (manual) of vehicle I was interested in was not at the dealership, but we did drive other similar vehicles so I had an idea of what to expect. It did not take long to decide on the Forester and shortly afterwards, we sealed the deal. The vehicle was on its way from Phoenix that day so someone went to pick it up. I had other accessories to add to it so I was sent home with a loaner until my car was ready. STEVE kept me updated on the progress since some items were special order and done outside of the dealership. I was notified that my vehicle was ready for pick up and arrange to drive up the next day. STEVE was there early that morning and we did a walk through of the vehicle. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction and I took delivery of the Forester. STEVE provided me with his contact info so that I would be able to text or call with any questions. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership and STEVE WILLIS if you are looking for a vehicle! Thanks, STEVE! Also, kudos to Louie Ascencio in the Finance Dept. He knew I dreaded the paperwork when buying a car. He had as much of it prepared for my signature. Thoroughly explained what I was signing, made any notes as to what we owed each other, and had me out of his office very quickly! Yay! More
