Super nice people + a great deal on a solid car. For 30 years I have been driving a particular brand (not Subaru). It was scary switching from one I knew to one I didn't, but the great ratings Subaru autos have in buying guides convinced me to check them out. I test drove different models, went in more than once, and dithered over what to get. I worked with Salesmen Steve Willis, Steve Norris, and Chuck McHenry. Each of them were patient, informative without being pushy, and once I made a decision, Sales Manager Terry Iseminger made sure I understood the costs, discounts (fantastic!), and associated fees. He answered my questions without pressuring me. Tim Hanson, Finance Manager, took time to go through financing options without trying to influence me, and made sure I got the best rate possible. In all, they made a scary venture pleasant. I am one happy customer. More
