Had a 9 30 appt for a recall,oil chnge , ck brakes. Ws told it wouldbe ready by 2pm. Not hearing anything I caled at 5 30 pm and was told they are having a problem getting the break pads and thr mechanic told it wouldbe ready by 2pm. Not hearing anything I caled at 5 30 pm and was told they are having a problem getting the break pads and thr mechanic goes home at 6pm . Next day I called at 1 30 pm and ws told there having aproblem with the bit that turns. The disk . Said they would give me a loaner car and I would need my license and insurence card. Getting there at 3 30 they wanted a credit card which I did not have on me. So the service advisor Steve Wallak went a nd got my car and I left with only the oil change being done in 2days of having my car. Needless to say I will not be buying or having my car serviced at this delership. I have never been treated this bad by any other service advisor in my life and im 75 years old . More
