Paul was amazing to deal with, I have purchased tons of vehicles over the years and it is always nice to find someone who makes the experience a pleasure. I have dealt with the service department and they vehicles over the years and it is always nice to find someone who makes the experience a pleasure. In November of 2021 I ordered two brand new broncos! I loved the experience and Dave Tucker was awesome! In July of 2022 I ordered the new Ford lightning. Dave Tucker assured me that the order was comp I loved the experience and Dave Tucker was awesome! In July of 2022 I ordered the new Ford lightning. Dave Tucker assured me that the order was complete. I checked a few times on the status of the order and was told that I'm in line. 6 months later, I brought my Bronco in for service (one of the six things on the Bronco was corrected, still waiting for service to get back to me about the others ) I checked on the order I was told there was never an order placed. After going back and fourth with the dealer and Ford itself (who simply said, it was a mistake from the dealer. There's nothing we can do), I agreed to buy the lightning they had in stock for $10,000 more than one I had ordered. Kelly Ford is not interested in long-term loyalty. Instead, they're interested in making the most they can off of the vehicles they have. I understand it's a tough market, but unless Kelly Ford does something to attempt to remedy the situation, I will take my business elsewhere. More

They kept my van for 3 months and failed to fix it, they fail to stay in contact with anyone. I've had to contact corporate which the stated they can't get ahold of anyone at dealer overall they are incompe fail to stay in contact with anyone. First and foremost I/we want to whole heartedly thank you for the hard work you put in for us. We’re already telling everybody whose jaw drops when seeing this amazing rig about Kelly Ford and especially you for the hard work you put in for us. Combined with the excellent sales management putting together the deal that we all needed to make this beauty ours! And we’d be remiss if we didn’t again thank our incredible finance advisor! She worked her tail off during an incredibly difficult weekend following the disaster that was Hurricane Ian. Power and internet outages, businesses closed and every other obstacle you can name. I’ve purchased well over 30 cars in my 52 years and I’m certain NO OTHER dealership could or would have put in the above and beyond effort we witnessed at Kelly Ford.
