Everyone was so helpful - from the time I made the appointment about three weeks before service through the day I picked the car up. I've never had a worse experience with a vehicle, or a service department. You can never get anyone on the phone to get you an answer. I had waited for an answer about a Federal Emission Warranty to repla service department. You can never get anyone on the phone to get you an answer. I had waited for an answer about a Federal Emission Warranty to replace my catalytic converter for over three months. I've left multiple voicemails with multiple service techs and managers with no calls returned. I had to physically show up to the dealership and confront the manager about my issue, only for him to tell me that my claim has been denied. When I asked why, he said he didn't know. Once I sell this Ford, I probably won't be getting another one. Or at the very least, never going to take it to Koons Ford of Annapolis or Falls Church. More

Dropped my car off the night before for the HVBJB recall. There was a minor issue with flushing the battery coolant which added a day therefore 4 stars instead of 5.
