I began my career in the automotive industry in 2021 and joined Subaru of Gwinnett in August 2023. Originally from Burlington, North Carolina, I’ve always loved connecting with people — a passion that began when I traveled the country with True Majority, a grassroots organization founded by Ben Cohen of Ben & Jerry’s. I’m grateful for my wonderful spouse, our two grown children, and our lovable bulldog who keeps life entertaining. My favorite part of Subaru of Gwinnett is the people — the sense of family, teamwork, and genuine care that make this place truly special.

Blake was so extremely helpful. I was speaking to four different dealerships-who all replied to my online inquiry. Blake is the ONLY one of the four who consistently kept my inter I was speaking to four different dealerships-who all replied to my online inquiry. Blake is the ONLY one of the four who consistently kept my interests at heart. He never "threatened" me with higher prices, etc. for what I was wanting. He genuinely wanted to make me happy in the process, and not just to "sell the car". That is why I ultimately chose Gwinnett. More

Richard sent me a video showing the amount of cars on the lot I was asking to see. He then stayed in touch via text and email. We showed up later than we thought, and he was with a client. Robert Hynson did an excellent job greeting me when I showed up at Subaru Dealership Saturday evening well past the 6:00 closing time. He respectfully gave me enough information to explore the purchasing of a new car. And I came back a few days later and ended up buying the very model he had showed me. Tim Willis was as equally engaging. I was alone and he put me at ease and guided me through all the paperwork. He was personable but professional. My experience with both Mr. Hynson and Mr. Willis was above my expectation. Both of them offered to put on my license plates when received..How nice is that! The early closing on Saturday and not being opened on Sunday reflects the kind of company that respects their employees. I am looking forward to The Encore Program. Kate Silva has been in touch with me. It is a unique opportunity for me to ask questions I didn't know to ask when I purchased my Subaru Impreza. Thank you. More
