You are absolutely correct, and I apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. I will have a manager reach out to you personally to discuss this matter further. We are currently facing challenges with General Motors' new appointment scheduling application. In the past, we had the ability to view and adjust appointments as needed to accommodate our scheduling capacity. Unfortunately, the new system has limitations, and at times, we are unable to even log in. I understand your frustration with not being notified about the overbooking situation beforehand.
