Highly recommend this Honda dealership. I like to specifically work with Sean as my service advisor. Sean is always transparent and timely with his updates. I've gotten the chance to speak to other advisors whenever Sean is out, and they are always on top of things. I've also gotten helped by multiple techs, including Manny - huge thank you to Sean and Manny, and everyone for giving me peace of mind that my car is in great hands! More

Absolutely the Worst Dealership Experience of My Life Herb Chambers should be ashamed of the way they treat paying customers. Over 6 MONTHS AGO I went in for a replacement key that was supposed t Life Herb Chambers should be ashamed of the way they treat paying customers. Over 6 MONTHS AGO I went in for a replacement key that was supposed to be covered under my service agreement. I dealt with Henry, who assured me it would be handled. Since then, I’ve spoken to Henry, Nick, Michelle (the salesperson who sold me my Chevy Equinox), and even Susan, the service director. Every single one of them has promised me this would be taken care of. Guess what? Half a year later, NOTHING has been done. I paid for this in my agreement. I did my part. Meanwhile, they’ve done absolutely nothing except lie, pass me around, and waste my time. Their customer service is a complete joke. This dealership is quick to take your money but when it comes time to honor what you PAID for, they disappear, dodge responsibility, and feed you empty promises. If this is how Herb Chambers treats loyal customers, then people need to know. I would NEVER buy another vehicle here, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. @Chevrolet @GM — this is how your dealerships are treating customers who trusted your brand. I’ve been more than patient, I’ve followed every step, and I’m still being ignored. Is this really the “Chevy family” experience you’re proud of? Save yourself the headache, the stress, and the lies—go anywhere else. Herb Chambers is nothing but a scam dressed up as a dealership. More

Very very happy had a intermittent steering problem. Sticking Could not duplicate by service. Had Video but not acceptable. Service Tech Rick took me out no luck. Tried again and again bingo stuck Sticking Could not duplicate by service. Had Video but not acceptable. Service Tech Rick took me out no luck. Tried again and again bingo stuck for him. Needed a new rack and pinion assembly. Covered under my extended warrantee, with a month to go. Great people.. Sean before and now Norllin Im a happy camper. Thanks More
