The initial sales rep bungled things so badly that I wrote the next morning to the general manager, operations manager, and sales manager to make them aware of the situation. Operations Director Moe Lar wrote the next morning to the general manager, operations manager, and sales manager to make them aware of the situation. Operations Director Moe Laraki contacted me right away, and it was he that handled procurement of the car I chose and the sales details. He was very professional, and has a wide network due to the length of time he has worked at Concordville Subaru. Because of this he was able to find and secure the specific car I wanted from another Subaru dealership. The sales transaction was seamless and relatively painless. It was also simplified by the fact that I paid cash for the car and did not do a trade-in. More
