I have know Michael since I leased my MB GLC300 back in 2019, the I leased a Volvo XC40 for 3 years. My leased expires a few days ago, then i made a serious decision to give HIM a call because we share ma 2019, the I leased a Volvo XC40 for 3 years. My leased expires a few days ago, then i made a serious decision to give HIM a call because we share many beliefs, he is an outstanding person. He hooked me up with a beautiful car, GLB250 and gave me the best deal, he went out of his way to do it, for comparison I had gone to a broker that gave me more or less the same terms that amounted to $20.00 less, but it was a total stranger and I needed more than that, when I called Michael he got me my car in 2 days with a much better deal. He speaks the truth, he is honest, humble and I know I can call him anytime for my car issues and he will answer. He is the greatest. More

I've been to many dealerships before and I've dealt with many dishonest sales reps. Jason Chen is not one of them, Jason is a very good sales rep and will take very good care of you. He'll work very hard to earn your trust and business. I highly recommend Jason Chen for anyone looking to get a Mercedes Benz. My family has been dealing with Helms Bros. for almost 50 years. Helms Bros is a very good dealership compared to other Mercedes dealerships. While my family has been dealing with Helms Bros for a very long time, I made a mistake with my last Mercedes Benz and went to the Mercedes dealership in Roslyn. Big Mistake!! They tried to scam me, lie to me, and do everything a Used car dealership would do to rip you off. So, I went back to Helms Bros. for my current car which I got during the summer of 2023. Unfortunately, the new car I got is having a lot of issues and I'm hoping Helms Bros. will take care of me and make everything right. For now, I'm giving Helms Bros. 5 stars. I will post updates in the future. More

Helms service was a luxury, top-tier experience. I was having a problem with a presafe functions pop up in my GLC 2019 I purchased from them. I came in directly from the road, and was helped immediately. The center itself is very clean and nice with Mercedes gear, snacks, coffee and drinks, and even a computer room! I grabbed a kiwi strawberry capri sun and a chewy granola bar. There was an area for Uber/Lyft and mine was there under a minute! Just got the call that they have fixed the car!! Remarkle service.
