Syed was fantastic!!!! I’ve bought/leased at least a dozen vehicles in my lifetime, and without question, I can say that Syed is best salesman I’ve ever worked with. I didn’t feel like I was just being dozen vehicles in my lifetime, and without question, I can say that Syed is best salesman I’ve ever worked with. I didn’t feel like I was just being sold a car. I felt he was honest, upfront, knowledgeable, friendly, and actually had my best interest in mind. I have his business card and he will be the first person I call in a few years when we are looking for another vehicle. Karen was equally wonderful. Again, she absolutely had our best interest in mind as customers as well. By the time we met with her the sale was going to happen regardless of anything she said yet she still made us feel like our business mattered and was very thorough in everything she did. Buying a vehicle (or in our case leasing) can be somewhat overwhelming especially when you get to a certain price point. He left us his business card and told us to contact him with questions. We eventually went back to the dealership a few months later and bought a car. We very much appreciated the low key approach of this dealership rather than being inundated with emails and phone calls the way other dealerships operate.
