Estevan Rosas made the process easy and put any doubts of past bad experiences at dealerships. Truthfully honest and upfront. There was no pulling a fast one on me going on here. Went above and beyond to get me a lower rate and payment I was happy with. It didn’t end there. Most sales guys are nice and cool to you to sell you and once it’s done there is no more Mr cool and nice guy. I drove from out of town to pick up the truck and Estevan followed up with me to make sure everything was still good with the truck and I got home safe. A week later I get another follow up to make sure I’m still satisfied with the truck. I honestly don’t feel like I was just another sale and have a nice day scenario. I feel like I’m family and truly cared about. Everyone at the dealership was very nice as well but because of Estevan these guys have definitely earned my future business if I’m ever in need of another vehicle even if I have to drive out of town 5 hours More
