Trent was amazing. He went above and beyond to get us taken care of and ensure things were correct. The finance gentleman was not knowledgeable and we were quoted $490 and went into finance and it was 790. It was awful. We walked away but Trent helped find the issue and found the finance guys mistake and took care of it saving the sale. I highly recommend Trent at Honda. We also got our car serviced and they were not that great this time. They forgot what car I brought in so my car was not done as promised. The looked for three hours until Trent said you are looking for the wrong car. You should be looking for the pilot. Ugh. Thank you Trent for caring about your customers and excellent communication skills. More
