"The best sales person I could ask for"
Anne was the best sales person! I loved my old car a lot. When I had to trade it in I cried more than an adult should... So needless to say giving it up was hard for me. I was looking for a used car with low mile car that is dependable for a good price, so not a huge money maker. Anne was patient for all four hours we were there helping with every step including when we didn't have the right paperwork. She made the transition as smooth as possible. She even helped me with questions I had after I got the new car home. She was the best person i could ask for and I sending my brother there next! Thanks again Anne.
Catherine helped my wife and I getting a car. She is really knowledgeable on the product and quick. She explained everything and answer every question we have with honesty and clarity.
"My family has two MINIs front Schomp now!"
I love the One Price philosophy of Schomp! I found a 2013 JCW Hardtop at a great price, and since it was during their annual Children’s Hospital Sale it was priced $300 lower :-D
I’m really happy that part of this sale is going to the children’s hospital.
The dealership is a fun environment, there are free snacks and a fridge full of assorted drinks. Great music, everyone is having fun and I got to play with puppies and kittens since Schomp partners with the Humane Society and their adoption van made a visit.
Thank you so much to everyone at Schomp! I love my new MINI and would recommend Schomp to my friends and family ^_^
"Bought a Broken Mini and Lost my Shirt"
Bought a 2015 countryman s for my wife. Immediately had a weird vibration and grinding noises on the highway. Took in for service and was twice told everything was OK. Finally on a drive with a mechanic the vibration and noise were too much to deny, the compressor acted up and the engine stalled. I was told I could have them try to fix it a third time or just return the broken car. All of this in just three weeks. I returned the car having been told I would not lose any money. I even tried to buy another car on the lot but management a Schomp Mini acted less than honorably. Refused to buy back their bum car for what I paid, as promised, and stiffed me for $2,292! Huge disappointment and completely preventable if you just do the right thing. It is easy to tell a customer, will take care of you and really care you are treated well. Words and promises really do have value. At Schomp Mini promises sell for $2,292. Sorry this, sorry that, maybe we could have fixed the bum car a third or fourth or fifth try. Plain and simple Schomp Mini sold me a broken car, promised to make it right then backtracked and stole $2,292 from me. It is a real shame. How can anyone have confidence buying here?

Schomp Mini was an easy dealership with which to work. No hassles, good information. I started looking at their cats over a year ago and they kept in touch without being annoying. I'd recommend them if you're looking for a new Mini Cooper.
"Most unprofessional team of salesmen that I've ever seen"
DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. CROOKS.
I'll just sum it up for you:
-After a month of owning the car, received a call that the interest rate was being doubled (despite the fact that the agreement had been signed already with a lower rate), and if we did not agree, then the car would be towed.
-Was promised a Visa gift card because of a promotion; once the deal was signed, no one "was the one to deal with that".
-Was promised to have the new car delivered, and was strung along for over 5 hours beyond the window of time because "no one was around to bring it"; when we left to go pick it up ourselves, we called to say we were on our way; after 30 minutes of no answer, we were finally told that, oh by the way, it was suddenly on its way, and that we needed to just turn around.
-Received inappropriately informal text messages and emails from Jake, the guy who originally made the "deal".
These are just the main points in a concise fashion. I.e. could expound, but you get the gist. I look at situations like this and wonder what the owner would think if he knew his business was being represented and conducted in such a disturbing fashion.
Stay away. Stay away from this dealership.
