Service was awesome! Drew and Tl answered all our questions and did not try to sell us anything additional that we did not ask for. There was even employees that delivere Drew and Tl answered all our questions and did not try to sell us anything additional that we did not ask for. Love this dealership! Terry Ford did a great job listening to our needs and finding us the right car for the right deal. We bought two at the same time. These are our 4th Terry Ford did a great job listening to our needs and finding us the right car for the right deal. We bought two at the same time. These are our 4th and 5th cars from Shottenkirk. Our salesman for the others is now the Finance guy and he is also a great guy. He made the Finance part a real joy. (I know that is never the case but it's true). We love the Service department. Always friendly and helpful! Always do what they say and always and accurate estimate. We highly recommend this dealership for New, Used and Service Department. The Sales manager and the General manager are also great to work with!! More
