We had an amazing experience at Schumacher Buick GMC. I was looking for a lightly used Ford Explorer for my wife and through some car search websites, I found one at Schumacher. I called the dealership and was connected with Gary Sanchez. He answered all of my questions and invited us to the dealership to view and test drive the car. Gary was great to work with and made the whole experience actually enjoyable. While we were working with Gary we spoke to some of the other customers at the dealership and they all had words of praise for Gary. We will definitely be visiting Gary Sanchez and Schumacher Buick GMC for our future needs More

I had a horrific experience with this dealer buying a 2022 GMC AT4. Within 600 miles the truck had check engine light come on. They told me "The tank was full of gas". I let this marinate for about 2022 GMC AT4. Within 600 miles the truck had check engine light come on. They told me "The tank was full of gas". I let this marinate for about 3 days before I challenged the idea and they charged me over $800 to drain the tank. There was no way I put 25 gallons of gas in a diesel truck and was able to drive, home to palm beach, then to fort Lauderdale, then back home to palm beach, before the check engine light came on on my ride into work that Monday. After this statement they changed their wording to "smelled like sulfates". It took them two weeks for this diagnostic and repair. I got the truck back and 400 miles later check engine light comes on again with the same exact codes. This time they said it was the def filter and pump. Replaced it. Again 2 weeks for a diagnostic and repair. A 3rd time the check engine light came on same exact codes. Corporate was of no help and I wasn't about to drive another rental around after buying a $60,000 truck and paying $5000 over MSRP so I traded the truck in with the check engine light on for a Toyota. The GMC had 2200 miles on it at trade in. I still get the onstar report and whatever was broke on it the Toyota techs figured it out I guess. The truck now has 7000 miles on it roughly a year later and onstar tells me the truck is in good health. 6 weeks of ownership I possessed the truck for maybe 2 weeks, and those days were t consecutive, or together. I lost probably close to $20k of equity dealing with there incompetents. More
